Riptide Membership Monthly payment Options

No COntract- Rolling Renewal - auto payments

  • RISE: 5 sessions use in a membership month, £45 (equivalent to 1 class per week)

  • SURGE: 9 sessions use in a membership month, £75 (equivalent to 2 classes per week)

  • TIDAL: 13 sessions use in a membership month, £90 (equivalent to 3 classes per week)

  • SEISMIC: 18 sessions use in a membership month, £120 (equivalent to 4 classes per week)

The month of any membership starts on the date you sign up, and an automatic payment is debited 1 month later.

The memberships are rolling and require 30 days notice by email to cancel.

If you wish to change any details of your membership, contact us at Riptide.

We use Mindbody to manage your membership and payment.

  • Once you have created a Mindbody account, you can access it via an online browser or the app.

  • To manage reoccurring payments (such as credit card updates), you will need to visit by an online browser.

  • For ‘Drop Ins’, packages or events, you can pay via the Mindbody app.


Remember, getting fit and active takes time and effort.
But if you're willing to put in the work, you'll be rewarded with a healthier, happier, and more active lifestyle.

Don't give up.
There will be days when you don't feel like working out, but it's important to push through those days.
The more you work out, the easier it will become.

Consistency is arguably the most important component when working to accomplish goals,
in or out of the gym, bootcamp or studio.

What ever you do, commit to a class, group or activity anywhere and just turn up, the rest of the process will take care of itself… be patient, no true result is an overnight success (sorry) …. though do turn up - YOU CAN DO THIS !

  • If you wish to cancel the monthly payment option, we ask for 30 days notice by email.

  • To attend a class, it must be booked for in advance, online, or using the MindBody app CONNECT.

  • Should you cancel within half hour of the session you will still be charged or your class count will be deducted.

  • If you are entered onto a waitlist, you will only be informed via email if you make into the class or you see your booking confirmed on the app or by being logged into the MindBody online server (mobile push notifications are not yet available for this circumstance - sorry)

  • As seasons change and demand varies we reserve the right to adjust the schedule or cancel a class in order to maximise and promote the use of the facilities, best suited to reach a deep and varied aspect of our community where reasonably possible.
