Training to achieve you goal or developing an overall healthy lifestyle can be tackled with inspiration and fun. I strongly believe in making exercise a habitual way of life and not seeing it as a chore or a treat. I will make you do the best you can, and you will enjoy it on the way.

Specialising in: core stability, circuit training, cycling performance, running performance, childhood/ adult obesity and general health and fitness.


Qualifications: BSc; Sport and exercise science degree.
Level 2 reps.
In house personal training.
NPLQ + first aid.

Your ideal personal trainer if... you need that little bit extra, served to you will a smile. If you want to learn more about the hows and whys, as well as the motivation to push yourself to be the best you can. I am also keen to go through all the hurt will you and love running, swimming and cycling with clients.
