Drew
With over 13 years of experience in training I aim to keep my training varied and fun but also disciplined. I adapt my training style to suit each individual and their goals and design programs based on client needs – to encourage and help them to achieve their full potential.
Specialising in: improving physical fitness, core conditioning and stability; improving flexibility and balance, muscle tone, strength and endurance. Also a focus on circuit training, nutrition and weight-loss management.
Qualifications: level 2 and level 3 NVQ
