At Riptide gym we can assist your improvement in all of the main components of ‘fitness’ needed to excel in your chosen sport; flexibility, endurance, muscle strength and speed.
With this extra training you will be able to perform and compete at the same level or beyond the intensity of your competition.
So that the maximum amount of progression is made you will first have a Free Fitness Consultation with a Riptide Fitness Professional. Together you will discuss your short and long-term fitness goals, your chosen sports needs, exercise and medical history, past and current training programmes and your lifestyle to help you achieve maximum progression.
A specific focused training programme will be designed with your fitness goals and sports performance goals as the key area of focus. You will then be shown and guided how to perform each exercise safely using the correct techniques for optimum results.
To ensure that you continually progress towards becoming a better athlete, a Riptide fitness professional will review and edit your programme. You can plan and discuss your performance in your sport, identify what is working for you in the gym and consider a host of different workouts to contribute to excellence within your sport.
We always have an instructor on duty who can speak with you should you have any questions when you are following your program in the gym, or if you need some assistance with your exercises.
