The Free Personal Training Plan, specifically designed for you: An instructor will guide you through your personal training programme. Each month, for free, we will review your improvements and support your continued fitness plan.

You will be guided though the gym and shown how to perform exercises safely and effectively, we endeavour to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way.
