To gain muscle you must lift, push and pull weights and modify your eating habits to support muscle growth.
Following a resistance training programme designed by one of our qualified instructors at Riptide at least 3 times per week is going to be the basic foundation to you getting your best results. This will help you to gain more muscle and minimize the amount of fat you gain.
There are no magic foods, powders or pills that will allow you to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Some people can do this naturally (‘it’s in the genes’), but most will need to follow a structured training plan.
